**Description**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Owner of constraint management file, to ensure that CM file is updated with respective factory Master Planner.
- Cadence with HUM PMM for discussion of slots available and loading of factories, ensure same Handover checklist is used in all factories and gaps to be shared with all stake holder for smooth execution.
- Milestone mapping of activity from Customer PO date / SAP punch/Date/ Kick off meeting, common for all factories. Inventory monitoring as per Target and MIS for the same for HUB.
- Uniformity of Loading chart preparation for all the factories. Competency Mapping of PM and actions to enhance skills as per feedback after assessment.
- Ensure On time delivery from each factory to reduce LD impact and strengthen claim management. Work with PM team to ensure projects are delivered on cost and gaps to be shared with team for corrective preventive actions.
- Establish operational plans for job area, develop and implement new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results. Require communication with leadership.

**Your Background**:

- Any Engineering background.
- 15 years of experience.
- Hands on MS Excel, SAP tools.
- Technical Project Management requires specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project including.
- Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization. On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
- An Expert Professional (P5) is a recognized master in professional discipline typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
