Accounting Manager

Be the focal point for cooperating with related departments i.e. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, Asset Accounting on setting related accounting policies to that department to be aligned with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), regulators rules and regulations, and SET s requirements for listed companies, support TOA Group s business transactions, and comply with best practices.
Set General Accounting policy of TOA Group to be aligned with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and regulators rules and regulations, and comply with best practices.
Update new/revised Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and regulators rules and regulations that related to financial statement preparations.
Set monthly, quarterly and annually accounting closing plan (Developing the checklist of accounting closing process) by coordinate with related departments including controlling and managing accounting closing accordance to plan.
Prepare financial statement and notes to financial statements for TOAP to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting standards, TOA Group s accounting policy, and related law and regulations for the purpose of submission to related regulators.
Prepare TOAP s consolidated financial statement and notes to financial statements to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting standards, TOA Group accounting policy, and related law and regulations for the purpose of submission to related regulators.
Record General Accounting adjustment and estimation such as FX Valuation, recording accounting on employee benefits to ensure completion and accuracy complying with TOA Group s accounting policy and generally accepted accounting standards.
Gather Intercompany information of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for submitting to TOA Group s affiliates for confirmation.
Perform Month-End Process and Year-End Process for General Accounting to ensure the accounting data record for each cycle are accurate, completeness and also develop related reports.
Develop detailed descriptions of financial statements related toGeneral Accounting.
Qualifications.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, CPA or working experience with Public Company Limited with various overseas subsidiaries is preferable.
At least 5 years of experience in Accounting and Consolidation plus at least 3 years in Manager level.
Strong computer skill in MS Office, especially in Excel program.
Good communication in English ( Toeic 650 ).
SAP experience will be an advantage.
Working Condition.
Working date Monday - Friday.
