**Job Description**:
Position Purpose

Being center of planning for domestic and export pallet to gather information, analyze, select and generate plan to provide direction for other related functions. Support S&OP, maintain and update data in JDA to formulate forecasting

Major/Key Accountabilities

Planning
- Gather, filter and select data from stakeholders and related systems prepare for making plan separate between domestic and export pallet
- Develop operation plan and schedule as following
- Timber management plan & outlook; to determine timber expected balance and sufficiency at SKU level including provide suggestion if shortage found to ensure operation continuity
- Timber converting plan; initiate job order for supplier to convert timber in stock, SKU change, when required and validate completion as well as reconcile for converting invoicing and payment process
- Pallet assembly plan, identify quantity to be produced and producers, production sources, match with requirement and timber sufficiency during each certain period
- Timber inventory fulfillment plan, analyze data and provide suitable quantity of each timber SKU adequate for each month repairing activity
- Direct/coordinate with other functions to start timber relocation from primary storage to fulfill each operating site requirement and plan
- Monitor PO balance/progress and create PO for timber purchasing and pallet assembly as well as timber converting

Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze data to set key parameter to be used for planning activity
- Analyze data and update dashboard relate to goods flow and plan to support manager/management decision
- Provide weekly/monthly report of related job for management and financial purpose

S&OP Support and JDA maintenance
- Collect and provide key information to support S&OP meeting such as volume flow and trend
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy in JDA to ensure forecasting output is valid
- Coordinate with KAM and BD team to get and provide additional data for JDA apart from system actual recording
- Support manager for data simulation to determine demand and supply balance if required

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering, supply chain or business management with more than 2 years working experience but talent new graduate is also welcome
- Experience in planning work or analytical work
- Good communication and presentation skil
- Good command in business English
- Good computer literacy, posses of database basic. Additional coding skill is highly preferred
- Sound logical and systematic thinking

Bachelors - Business Administration/Management
