**_Major Responsibilities_**
- Conduct E2E sale process.
- Analyze market, customer and competitor trends in E&E material segment and initiate/propose sales strategies, risk management plan and propose annual budget plan to ensure achievement of sales target.
- Monthly Estimate and provide sale volume and premium price for responsible customers.
- In-depth analysis on market, customer and competitor trends in designated segment and initiate/propose sales strategies, risk management plan and annual budget plan to ensure achievement of sales target
- Identify sales opportunities and develop plan to expand customer base including launching products in new markets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by acting as the key focal point for addressing all customer requirements, conducting customer-visits, and resolving any issues.
- Gather and analyze customer insight including VOC collection across the value chain.
- Collect and action to customer feedback related to product quality and liaise with product innovation team to analyze and respond to customer needs including testing new products with customers.
- Collaborate with technical services team in fulfilling specific customer requests.
- Coordinate with commercial operations team to perform E2E sales process from receiving purchase order, delivery notice, product delivery to debt collection.
- Collaborate with R&D team to develop specific products from customer and market requirements.
- Connect with customers for new products trials with technical services team and R&D, and feedback to team on the trial results.
- Prepare information with team and attend VOC and product development gate meetings for requested requirement product and service development.

**Work Experience**

Minimum Year : 3-5 years in related field
Experience in:

- sales experience in area of Styrenics polymer (especially in PS, ABS) to E&E segment, or plastic compound is a must.
- Experience in polymer sales in Automotive segment is a plus.
- Sales experience (5 years minimum) in trading company (Styrenics or Olefin’s polymer field) is an alternative can be considered.

**Education**

Degree : Bachelor or Master Degree in Petrochemical, Polymer, Engineering, or equivalent in relevant fields Field : Major in Polymer, Petrochemical, Business Administration, Economics
