About the Role:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support in all areas of human resources including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The HR Generalist will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and will work closely with all levels of management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures, employee relations issues, and performance management
- Administer employee benefits programs and support open enrollment processes
- Maintain and update HR records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information
- Develop and deliver HR-related training and communication programs to employees
- Partner with HR Manager and other departments to support company initiatives and projects
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices and current labor laws
- Support HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate related business and communication tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
