Key Responsibility.
Work in partnership with Retail People team and finance team to ensure the correctness of Benefit data and Oracle system.
Register and Terminate employees who are eligible for Heath insurance.
Register and Terminate employees who are eligible for Motorcycle Insurance.
Co-ordinate stakeholders to prepare Annual Checkups.
Co-ordinate stakeholders to prepare Long Service Award.
Provide administrative support to colleagues on benefit related.
Provide good recommendations and solutions to help colleagues solve the problems related to their benefit.
Understand Retail Structure and the differing customer expectations of each format and work level.

Qualifications.
Bachelors degree in any related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in Benefit Operations or related.
Having knowledge of labor law would be a plus.
Strong computer literature in MS Office especially Excel.
Good service mind and detail conscious.
Well organized with ability to meet deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills.
