- ** Job Description**:

- Advertising/Communication
- Propose advertising copy rotation according to the needs of respective market and following sales trend.
- Work closely with agencies in the ordering and submission of ad materials for advertising insertions in all markets.
- Assist in answering press queries, make appropriate recommendations for editorial features / attending photo shoots.
- Assist in the planning, execution and coordination of events in the region.
- Work with Marketing Executives/Agencies on the planning, preparation of events set up, POS materials, collaterals and gifts arrangements, obtaining of quotations etc.

Marketing Finance/Administration
- Process all marketing finance related matters - marketing costs follow up, purchase orders, issuing of gift invoice, competitive bidding process, monthly expense accrual and invoice processing.
- Management and maintenance of marketing items inventory.
- Coordinate the dissemination of all marketing materials, working with relevant departments to ensure smooth logistics arrangement.
- Work with relevant department on bi-annual stock take of marketing items.
- Work closely with Retail Department to understand the needs of the POS, demonstrating the ability to recommend order quantity of collaterals, gifts, POS materials.
- Lead in the preparation of marketing & competitor reports, advertising schedule (major updates) to boutiques and assist in the PR value report tabulation and submission.

Others
- Management of the archival/ filing of all marketing related documents
- invoices, event reports, quotations, contracts, magazines.
- Ad Hoc assignments i.e calendar, CNY hamper & red packet, VIP gift production and distribution, checking of retailer's website etc.
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year from Coordinator role preferred International Coordinator.
- Good appearance with effective communication skill both Thai and English.
- Good teamwork spirit, good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, good self-driven and self-motivated.
- ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: None
- ** Working Hour**: 0900 ~ 1800
- ** Holiday**: Sat-Sun
