**In this position you will...**

Provide overall support in the development of partnerships and manage the relationships with all of corporate partners including corporate brokers, banks, and affinities, to achieve the strategic goals of FWD GI.

**You will be responsible for**
- Work on individual partnerships to arrange and hold partnership meetings, deliver administrative aspects of the partnership plans, and work with partners to deliver effective processes, e.g., information sharing, assessment, and referral processes.\
- Monitor the existing partnerships and help prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for both internal and external circulation by ensuring continuous improvement of internal monitoring and evaluating systems for partnerships, so that any potential problems are identified and dealt with at an early stage
- Ensure that the follow up and execution of partnership is in line with the agreements, on track and on time.
- Provide support to the team in the overall financial management and reporting of the FWD GI partnerships.
- Liaise with other teams to ensure inter-departmental cross-exchange of information.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Create and deliver marketing activity on time and within budget, ensuing all relevant approvals are obtained.
- Work as focal point and main support resource in the Partnership Team and prepare accurate, timely, and complete reports related to activities, and to communicate internally.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Bachalor’s degree in international relations, economics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years experience in strategic sales and partnerships development.
- Experience in launching partnerships projects a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of general insurance (GI) products and operations.
- Knowledge of project management and implementation procedures.
- Demonstrated proven ability and success in finding and launching successful partnership that have led to growth in revenue and profitability.
- Possessed a strong network or relationship of potential partnerships that are readily for targeting and developing.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Strong presentation, communications, and negotiation skills.
- Good command in both written and spoken English in dealing with business agreements.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, results oriented, welcome challenges with team spirit, passion for winning.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
