**In this position you will...**
...manage securing new commercial partners and sponsors revenue to optimise organisation sustainability and profitability. You will also manage and develop a sales pipeline with existing and new innovative assets and sponsorship properties to drive substantial growth in commercial revenues.
**You will be responsible for**
- Provide partnerships strategy and business model according to the company’s strategy.
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to business development, partner outreach and relationship management.
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest.
- Develop new connections to create opportunities for partnerships initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.
- Deliver a great experience to partners when working with organisation.
- Maintain and cultivate a long-term partner relationship.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in the company.
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnerships.
- Oversee day-to-day activities, provide guidance to the Partnerships’ team members, and assist with any issues the team has.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field.
- At least 8-year working experiences in partnership or business development role.
- Experience in general insurance (GI) business.
- Have a proven and consistent track record of success in managing corporate customers or brokers in both traditional and digital environments.
- Experience in digital transformations or digital sales/customer journey a plus.
- Experience in life and bancassurance a plus.
- Highly-possessed digital mindset and business strategies towards future era.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and management experience, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally to drive multiple projects.
- Excellent networking aptitude.
- Great multitasking and team management skills.
