Who are we looking for?

We urgently need 1 position for E-Commerce Administrator who will be responsible for two countries: Thailand and Singapore. Would you like to know more about this job?

Okay, here are more details about your responsibilities if you're hired by us
- Response to customer messages and inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and our social media platforms.
- Upload story on brand's social media platforms to keep customers updated.
- Coordinate with online marketplaces staffs to conduct promotions for each month and each mega campaign.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock fulfillment.
- Coordinate with our packers for urgent orders.
- Fill in product details for each order from social media platforms into the system.
- Take care of our dealers and give them any services they need.
- Attend the pop-up store with our event team to promote the brand and present products at various events that might occur such as Zaap On Sale, FYI Market and brand's pop-up store itself.

You don't need to bring your own equipment because we have everything ready for you When you start to work with us, you will get:

- Your own PC with every informations needed inside
- Your own iPhone and company's number to respond customer messages and calls

Where will you work?

Our head office is located at Sukhaphiban 5 Road (Close to Wongsakorn market).
- You will be working at the office on Monday - Friday at 09.00 - 18.00 and 18.00 - 20.00 you can work from anywhere
- You can work from home or from anywhere you want on Saturday, but please make sure that you will be active on work all the time since 09.00 till 20.00.
- Day Off: Sunday and Public Holidays

**Salary**: From ฿20,000.00 per month
