Key Responsibilities

Managing online activity for marketplace platforms in relation to Sales & Operation.

**Sales**:
1) Managing end-to-end campaign planning, promotion and pricing.

2) Look out for strategies and opportunities to strengthen the brand image in Thailand, in order to generate sales.

3) Debrief every campaign and find out what’s the success or failure of it.

4) Monitoring sales performance and preparing sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis.

5) Work closely with the design team on digital marketing assets creations.

6) Managing Shopee, Lazada in-App Ads strategy.

7) Analyse sales-related data to forecast future sales, and generate reports.

**Operation**:
1) Monitor stock of all products on marketplace platforms and update inventory SKU in all online platforms to maintain a healthy stock level.

2) Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.

3) Review processing efficiency and drive improvement landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertaining to Marketplace ( Shopee, Lazada) systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and user experience.

4) Update marketplace platform with latest products and pricing 5) Help out with the day to day operations need.

**Key Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree in E-Commerce, Mass Communication, Marketing, and Business Administration
Possesses at least 3 years of working experience in the e-commerce industry
Fair to intermediate in English (speaking & writing)
