The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Reconcile between actual bank inbound and backend data by order level
- Reconcile bank statement and outbound payment system report
- Monitor payment flow according to company's regulation
- Clearing mismatch cases and contacting banks to resolve
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and consult ad-hoc problems to manager
- Work closely with Accounting team and other business team
- Prepare reconciliation summary report

**Requirements**:

- A minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business field
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in auditing, accounting or finance
- Knowledge of local accounting standards
- Good Command of English both speaking and writing
- Experienced in working with Data reconciliation and deal with massive data
- Ability to work independently, is self-motivated while being a great team player
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office. SQL skill would be a plus.
- Good analytical, interpersonal, and numerical skills.
- Work well under pressure and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize

work within tight operational deadlines
