**Job Description**:

- Provide administrative assistance to recruitment team for internship, new entry, experienced staffs to management level
Perform background and reference checks
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
- Conduct sourcing and screening as assigned by team
- Other tasks or ad hoc project to be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management or any related field
- 0-1 experience in administrative task with recruitment background is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skill
- Self-driven and good team work with positive attitude
- Good command of English both written and spoken
