Talent Acquisition Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role, preferably in [industry/sector].
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
- Strong understanding of current employment legislation and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
