- Responsible to develop Inventory Policy of all the PBUs after factoring Go To Market Model, service level requirements across SKUs and channels of distribution, demand and supply segmentaion, physical logistics and distribution strategy besides considering manufaturing lot size and variations of various parameters of the 8 reasons of Inventory.
- Responsible to develop a supply plan for all the PBUs after taking hand off of the unconstrained demand /sales plan acrosss planning horizons to arrive at Signal to Make /produce, buy and import after considering the 8 reaons of Inventory by SKU and channel at the national and the selling node level centers within the country manufacturing footprint across all Planning Horizons (Sales & Operations Planning -18 months, Sales and Operations Execution - weekly and daily ) collaborating with functional stakeholders, supplying locations /plants, business teams and Regional Planning / RM Planning Organization to deliver aligned PBU /Cluster goals and objectives on product availability, Inventory Quality and Customer Service.
- Responsible to optimize inventory and working capital for the PBUs through using standard approach to 8 reaons of Inventory - ensure over max and under min inventory are contained to protect cash & service objectives of the PBU.
- Responsible to plan and replan the supply based on demand signal changes across planning horizons - S&OP and S&OE after considering domestic sales plan for all channels and factoring import requirements from the exporters before hand off of the supply plan to the Work Center Planner. Responsible to coordination of all intra-region imports and exports planning and confirmation after collabratin with work center planner on the doable supply plan.
- Reporting and tracking Over Max and Under Min inventory, requirements of imports and exports.
- Be the single point of contact relative to supply planning for all planning horizons for the demand planning and business teams to assess changes in demand signals and convert the signals into a doable supply plan including facilitating or ensuring the same through translation of the Signal-to-Make / Buy through the Work Centre planning. Participates in the PCP process from SC side to ensure demand of new fitments and products are met in time.
- Collaborate with Importers and exporters for all planning horizons to assess their requirements and ensure the customer needs are met through a doable supply plan.
- Support the Head of Supply Planning ASEAN to lead supply associated feeds to the PBU S&OP discussions and work with the Work Center Planner and the Deployment Planner to ensure the cash and service level objectives of the PBU are met.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain, statistical analysis
- 5 - 8 years of supply chain planning experience in network planing
- English proficiency both written and spoken - must have
- Intermediate to Advanced SAP & APO SNP experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Inventory Management and thorough understanding of Physical Logistics and Distribution Network
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills and ability to communicate to all levels recommendations and conclusions
- Good scenario modelling and mathematical skills complimented with strong problem solving ability
