...formulate and execute short to long term strategic plans to support growth, profitability, and operational objectives of distributions. This role will also shape management direction and support functions in executing strategic plan to achieve corporate and functional objective.
**You will be responsible for**
- Drive distribution strategy formulation with distribution heads.
- Identify opportunities from emerging trends, research, and analysis to build competitive advantage, as well as work with distribution heads and Group Office to come up with solid solutions/innovations to ensure that the strategies are on track.
- Shape distribution functions in formulating sales targets and drivers, product mix, functional action plans, new initiative proposals, and key strategic issues.
- Align Country initiatives with Group Office initiatives and design prioritisation approach.
- Engage in or facilitate strategic discussions and provide supportive information.
- Conduct continuous business performance discussion (both formal and informal) with sales channels.
- Supervise distribution teams to think and work strategically by setting objectives to develop and improve the business, as well as carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
- Drive changes through strategic recommendations and actions based on analysis of sales data and behaviours in various dimensions.
- Initiate the actions and provide independent view and solid recommendations to distribution functions.
- Handle analysis of company and market performance with implications to bolttech entities.
- Review strategic alignment and effectiveness and reasonableness of business model and financial impact analysis as well as provide solid recommendations to distribution functions.
- Successfully initiate strategic project to achieve strategic objectives.
- Deliver all key milestones on the assigned project with agreed quality, timeline, and budget.
- Motivate and coach team members to enhance their capabilities and skills.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field from reputable university.
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Marketing Strategy, Consulting, Financial Analysis, or Project Management.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills (financial modelling skill will be a plus).
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Fluent communication and presentation in English and Thai.
- Excellent multi-task handling.
- Highly developed projects/initiatives management skills across functions and across entities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with senior management in different departments.
- Excellent result-oriented and detail-oriented.
