- Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail and managing mailboxes
- Preparing meeting facilities, arranging parking card for visitors, and arranging refreshments, if required
- Responsible and handling meeting rooms reservation.
- Admin support equipment for employee(Telephone, SIM, Name card Printer and fleet card)
- Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events.
- Manage maids and take care general housekeeping.
- Manage and control stock inventory
- Coordinate with Maintenance for sovle the problems

- Bachelor’s degree of business administration or related fields.
- Have experience of at least 3 years in Service, Reception, Airline, Hotel, or related.
- Excellent service mind with good communication
