**Job Description**:
Overall job purpose:
To ensure smooth operation of receptionist tasks by receiving visitors, answering incoming calls, sorting mails, managing messenger requests, meeting room requests, travel requests and also deliver services related to general administration.
Scope:
Delivering receptionist services and general administration services. Support staff and management within DST Worldwide Service (Thailand) office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the reception duties; including Welcome visitors, Phone calls, E-mails, Faxes, Parcels and Messengers.
- Work hours will be 9:00-18:00.
- Assist with domestic & international travel arrangements (air ticket, accommodation, airport & hotel pick-ups and etc.) for Thai associates & expatriates.
- Monitor and ensure the meeting or training venues set up
- Perform assignments as required by line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- 0-2 years experience in General Administration or Receptionist.
- Pleasant personality, service-minded, good relationship and team working.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Demonstrate Customer Service Minded, Team Player, Helpful and Flexible
