**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining the factory and optimizing facilities.
- Managing projects and streamlining processes.
- Supporting people and managing manpower requirements.
- Connecting with all third parties and maintaining the manpower management of Security, safety, Electrical and plumping, Gardening, work, and housekeeping.
- Overseeing stores department and arranging materials for production.
- Managing all factory operation guidelines and policies as per the provincial government rules.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with provincial government offices, governors, and officers.
- Managing and renewing all factory contracts, licenses, and approval.

**Qualifications**:

- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any Production Engineering qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Fluency in Thai and English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to frequent change.
- Effective task management skills.
- Working in a fast-paced environment.
