Drive the Ethical channel of the brand’s marketing strategy in Thailand. Foster stakeholder partnerships, enhance brand value offering, maximize growth opportunities, and monitor budgets to ensure the realization of revenue and profitability. Partner with internal colleagues and sales team to ensure flawless execution of desired strategies and tactics.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tailor and execute Essential multi-brands strategy in scope of women health (hormone), pediatric heart disease, and oncology to local market needs and define local priorities for the brand
- Evaluate best-fit modules from regional/global content, translate and trans-create brand materials, as needed
- Develop localized omnichannel of disease awareness concepts/campaigns through to execution in hospitals, clinics, and public-based facilities to improve the seamless of patient journey
- Lead training for Customer Facing Team on product positioning and strategies
- Gain local consumer insights and brand feedback to develop brand strategy
- Monitor and analyze business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share and etc) and the competitors
- Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing and quality of projects)
- Allocate and execute in country brand budget and realization in order to ensure effectiveness of budgeted expense
- Cross-functional leadership-across Customer Facing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Procurement, Pricing and Market Access etc.
- Develop new KOLs/DOLs and engage existing KOLs/DOLs to sustain strong networking and content development
- Support country business leads on long range forecasting, OP planning and budget/sales target allocation
- Ensure all marketing and business programs/practices are compliant to applicable local, global and company laws and guidelines
- Run additional special project in commercial development and partnership
Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree an advantage
- At least 3-year pharmaceutical +/- at least 1 year brand marketing
- Preferred obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, oncology therapeutic experience
- Demonstrate the ability to identity and diagnose customer needs, brand communication gaps and developing activation ideas
- Good English communication both oral and written
- Cross-functional leadership and cultural collaboration
