A Day in the Life
As a Product Manager for L’Oréal Professional Products in Thailand, you’ll be at the heart of driving brand growth and delivering exceptional experiences to our professional partners and consumers. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure the success of our product portfolio.
**Here’s what your day-to-day will look like**:

- Market & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies to make data-driven recommendations.
- Product & Brand Management: Lead new launches, drive growth for hero products, and manage the core catalogue.
- Integrated Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute 360° marketing plans (IMC, digital, retail) to create engaging brand experiences.
- Collaboration & Execution: Partner with sales, logistics, education, and agencies to deliver impactful business strategies.
- Retail & Trade Marketing: Work with retail and education teams to implement strategies that elevate the consumer experience at the point of sale.
- Budget & Forecasting: Manage the PPP budget, ensure accurate sales forecasting, and prepare impactful presentations for senior management.
- Brand Identity: Safeguard the brand’s DNA and ensure all actions align with its purpose and identity.

We Are Looking For
**You’ll thrive in this role if you**:

- Have at least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Are digitally savvy and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong operational digital marketing skills and can build detailed activity plans.
- Are collaborative and excel at working across sales and marketing teams.
- Have a deep understanding of brand management and the consumer journey.
