Location: Bangkok- As the Head of HR in Bangkok, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all human resources functions within the company. Your role will involve planning, organizing, and implementing HR activities and initiatives aligned with global HR directives to support the company's overall business strategies. You will focus on various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to HR efficiency, employee satisfaction, talent retention, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and total reward framework.- Develop and manage HR plans and budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure proper allocation of resources for effective HR operations.
- Oversee recruitment activities to attract top talent and reduce recruitment costs.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee retention and reduce voluntary attrition.
- Design and manage a comprehensive compensation and benefits structure.
- Ensure fair and competitive salary administration and harmonization of staff grading.
- Establish and monitor performance evaluation systems and processes.
- Manage non-performers and implement improvement plans.
- Develop and execute leadership succession plans for key positions.
- Identify high-potential employees and provide growth opportunities.
- Design and implement training and development plans aligned with business needs.
- Foster a high-performance culture through employee development.
- Maintain positive industrial and employee relations within the organization.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and complaints effectively.
- Generate and analyze HR-related reports and statistics for data-driven decision-making.
- Implement HR measures introduced at the Group HR level within set timelines.
- Build a strong culture of service excellence to attract and retain top talents.
- Lead, guide, and coach the HR team and designated personnel for optimal performance.
- Provide labor law advisory services and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Liaise with external lawyers and legal advisors when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Fluently in Thai and good command in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading HR functions, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Thailand.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in Finance, Banking and Investment industry would be a plus.
