**SUMMARY**

**We transport cargo every day to over >100 stations across Asia on behalf of our customers and rely heavily on third-party ground handlers to ensure we can maximize our ability to sell and transport cargo. In order to ensure we achieve the highest quality and standards of service for our customers, we have a dedicated Air Contracts team developing and managing IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreements (SGHA) contracts. The team maintains strong communication with the air operations team on a daily basis, seeking on-the-ground feedback on our third-party ground handlers performance.**

**We are looking for a detailed
- and process-oriented Executive of Air Contracts who can assist in the production of contractual IATA SGHA documents and assess contractual effectiveness. As the Executive of Air Contracts, you will act as the ‘wikipedia’ of contracts and be the go-to on any details pertaining to the contract. You will know contract terms so well that you are able to quickly pick up deviations from the terms, if any. At the same time, you have strong interpersonal skills and are able to develop a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders and vendors. **You will be working in KL International Airport or any other local office locations. This role will be on a full-time basis and you will be reporting daily to the Manager of Air Contracts that is centrally located in the HQ.**

**You will fit perfectly in this role if you are an avid reader, have a natural flair for writing and are able to exercise those skills in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment. Throughout your role, communication in English will be critical and you can expect to use Microsoft Office regularly.**

**A DAY IN A LIFE**

**As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to**:

- ** Produce contract documentation and change controls and ensure timely signatures by authorised personnel**
- ** Collate contract document and proactively gather and process relevant data for effective contract management**
- ** Develop effective working relationships with contractors**
- ** Assist with service reviews and actively follow issues through until satisfactory resolution**
- ** Monitor supplier’s performance against SLAs in relevant contracts**
- ** Participate in projects as required**
- ** Act as a back-up to other team members during absence / leave etc.**
- ** Attend relevant meetings as required**
