**Job Description Summary**: Reporting to the Service Director, the Lead Contract Performance Manager (CPM) will be engaged with customers of the GE Gas Power portfolio and will be responsible for Multi Year Agreements and Transactional (MYA/TX) contract performance. The responsibilities will include managing customer relationship, communication, scoping, planning, solving issues and executing contracts to ensure KPIs metrics fulfillment, customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall business strategy and objectives

**Roles and Responsibilities**

All contract performance related activities, typically tied to a customer site.
- Perform in the role as the interface between the customer and the internal team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
- Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to the assigned contracts.
- Responsible for establishing, managing customer relationship and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Manage invoices issuance, billing, payment, cash collection, account receivables and concessions administration
- Respond to any issue arising from contracts and/or customer and take the lead on issue resolution which may include negotiate changes and variations, assessing impact and generating solutions to solve the issues
- Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer informed of the progress of the relevant activities
- Lead the interaction with members of the customer service, engineering, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams for support to fulfill execution plan
- Oversee Extra Work or change order which includes scope definition, scheduling, cost estimation for assigned contracts and/or customers
- Responsible for Quality and EHS (safety) oversight on work performed at assigned customer sites
- Work with the customer’s Operation and Maintenance (O&M) to optimize asset reliability and availability
- Maintain all contract-related documents and timely plan/update and report on execution preparation and related activities (i.e. spare part order, man-power scheduling, tools shipment etc.)

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university
- 5-year experience Power Generation Industry, 3-years experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbines or high-technology machinery or Field Engineering
- Experience in Gas Turbine operations, maintenance including overhaul
- Knowledge of Parts, Repairs & Service offerings and fulfilment

**Desired Characteristics**
- Experience in Long Term Service Agreements contract interpretation and management, also modeling and accounting practice is preferred
- Experience planning and executing gas turbine outages
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly
- Knowledge of contract terms and condition and understanding of contract risk profile, legal implications, and fulfilment risk
- Strong coordination and influencing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to work under high pressure
