Scope of Responsibilities
- Analyze country business opportunities and select the right account to be the key accounts based on solid data
- Identify business opportunities, develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets by executing territory business plans effectively
- Build strong customer relationship (KOLs and Key users) in the responsible accounts and regularly do quality/quantitative measurement for high account satisfaction level
- Manage the performance of key accounts, developing and monitoring annual and medium term budget to ensure it in accordance with guidelines on commercial and marketing strategies
- Develop partnership with customer to encourage a win-win relationship which resulting in the achievement of company and the customer category objectives
- Cooperate with sales and marketing to formulate key account plan, profile, territory sales target
- Develop and coordinate physician training programs and practice enhancement in-services and open houses for Key Account manpower
- Provide tailor-made solutions and consulting services to key accounts to increase their productivity and expand their demand for Galderma products
- Propose tailored made plan to each key account, to negotiate, align, schedule and implement plan effectively
- Set and negotiate trading terms for each account including pricing and discount, quantities for standard product, promotion budget, special offers where appropriate
- Work with training team to ensure number and quality of injection workshop in key account
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and projects, in line with the company's overall marketing strategy and promotional programs at account level
- Provide guidance to achieve goal to sales representative
- Coach selling skill for sales representative together with sales manager and product manager
- Visit key account to meet key person and audit sales reputation
- Monitor and follow-up key account activities to ensure right time execution
- Work closely with distributor to ensure the level of services that is committed with key accounts
- Manage sales forecast and expenses to stay within the designation budget
- Develop timely and accurate forecasts (volume and spend) for assigned accounts and revise throughout the year
- Negotiate yearly trading terms with key accounts in line with annual sales target and spending
- Summarize and conclude key account plan at the end of the year to evaluate account situation, growth, achievement and key learning, then indicate what’s work and what does not, to create more specific and effective plan for the next year
- Develop and execute assigned project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Science and/or Business Administration or related field, master degree is a plus.
- Proven sales and marketing experience.
- At least 3-5 years experience in Healthcare/Aesthetic/Beauty Industry
- Experience in key account management will be advantageous
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with customers
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, creativity skills
- Result oriented: drive for success and achieving objectives
- Have passion in aesthetic/ beauty business
- Fluent in Thai and English communication
