Programme Officer

As a Programme Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various projects focusing on AUN-QA Assessments under the guidance of the AUN Executive Director and Chief of AUN-QA. You will have the opportunity to showcase your project management expertise, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities that shape the future of education.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- A Master's graduate with degree in Social Science or related fields
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- A Thai citizen
- Cross-cultural competency: Open-minded, respectful, and able to build relationships with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written. Able to collaborate and convey ideas clearly to colleagues and stakeholders from various countries.
- Project management expertise: Strong project management skills. Able to plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate projects, from start to finish.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities: Able to analyze complex situations, identify challenges, and propose possible solutions based on data and evidence.
- Flexibility and adaptability: Flexible mindset, ready to handle change and ambiguity effectively. Demonstrated willingness to learn, grow, and respond to evolving circumstances.
- Teamwork and collaboration: A team player, capable of working with diverse teams, promoting cooperation, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of international affairs: Have a solid understanding of global issues, international relations, and the specific mandate of the organization.

Remuneration
- Salary range of 30,000-33,000 THB
