Oversea purchasing and project co-ordination (Full-time Employment, Internship)

1)Primary function: Oversea purchasing
- to handle oversea purchasing process, sourcing new suppliers / product, price negotiation, import process, claim process and documentation
- In charge of issuing of Purchase orders and Monitoring and controlling all oversea purchasing procedures
- to make sure that the supply is coming on time as planned

2) Special assignment: Project co-ordination (New technology, New construction, After-sales process design)
- to support Project Manager to communicate with Chinese supplier to ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized
- to organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers

- ** Being fluent in Chinese and English**:

- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Engineering or related technical background is a plus
