Responsible Auto part and High value Machines (Issue PO and Contact with oversea supplier to get shipment information).
Sourcing, select and negotiate for the best purchase in term of quality, price, terms, deliveries, services and supplier.
Develop the relationship with the existing suppliers and evaluate supplier's performance (price, delivery, quality and service ) including sourcing new potential suppliers.
Internal coordination with Finance, Logistics and other department on regular basis for each and every order / shipment / payment.
Contact & co-operation & support follow up all issue & all shipping document such as B/L, PI, invoice, FTA form with oversea supplier and shipping agent on import document until the goods arrived Thai factory.
Developing and implementing strategies for purchasing material with team.
Negotiate and prepare database of cost of product / term of payment / any other information present to Head Team consideration and decision.
Analyze purchasing data and trends, use this information to make informed purchasing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Supply Chain or relevant.
At least 5-7 year exp. in Overseas Purchasing and Sourcing.
Problem solving skills, proactive and able to work under pressure.
SAP, Excel (VLOOKUP up, Pivot table).
MS Office (Word, Power point, Outlook).
Good command of English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).
