**Key Responsibilities**
- Being responsible for overseas purchasing activities.
- Handling imports, export, and customs clearance processes.
- Arranging payments to overseas suppliers and forwarders.
- Handling the cost inquiry

**Responsibilities**
- Being responsible for Overseas Purchasing activities.
- Arranging purchase documents and ensuring all PO are corrected.
- Following up on order confirmation, estimated delivery date, outstanding orders, and Final Status of the order and report to other departments.
- Handling imports, export, and customs clearance processes.
- Coordinating with Company’s Warehouse.
- Creating DHL labels (airwaybill) for both import and export shipments.
- Comparing & checking freight forwarder costs for shipment arrangement.
- Following up and reviewing shipping documents from suppliers and confirming nominated forwarding agent details for shipment arrangement.
- Coordinating with forwarder and shipping to prepare import documentation.
- Checking import declaration documents for arranging duty tax / VAT to the forwarding agent and confirming with our accounting Department.
- Arranging payments to overseas suppliers and forwarders.
- Requesting outstanding statements from oversea suppliers and coordinating with Accounting Department for the payment process.
- Sending swift transfer payments to overseas suppliers.
- Handling the cost inquiry.
- Coordinating with overseas suppliers, negotiating prices, calculating costing, freight cost, shipping cost, and import duties.

**Qualifications**
- Female, 35 years old or above.
- Good English communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Overseas Purchasing, Import, and Export Field.
- Excellent coordination skills with suppliers and other departments.
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet).
- Having experience in TISI is an advantage.
- Working Days: M-F
- Location: South Sathorn
