** KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Corporate Social Responsibilities**
- Assist supervisor to plan, coordinate, and implement CSR programmes as per CSR plan approved by the corporate.
- Liaise for CSR implementation and project management including timelines, execution, venues, budgets, suppliers, legal obligations, etc.
- Ensure effective arrangement, preparation and coordination, as necessary, of activities such as invitation, employee engagement trips, stakeholders visits and etc.
- Manage and monitor overall CSR budget, handle required procurement and payment of all CSR related activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts where needed.
**Community and Industry Sponsorship**
- Assist supervisor to review proposal for sponsorship and gather information then provide recommendations for acceptance/rejection to the Manager.
- Provide administrative assistance in terms of sponsorship approval request, sponsorship benefits and arrangement i.e. letter correspondence, compliance clearance, G&E, conference/exhibition preparation, employee participation etc.
**Communications**
- As assigned by supervisor, provide supports to Communication Teams or VP Investor Relation via activity implementations aiming to complete Communication tasks. Such supports include but not limit to administrative arrangement, invitation, correspondence, artwork design, photography or visual work, PR materials, corporate gifts, and souvenirs etc.
- Assist on managing of company publications such as banner, brochure, leaflet, printed materials, and ensure all materials are effectively and efficiently produced, monitored, and distributed.
- Ensure effective arrangement, preparation, and coordination, as necessary, of activities such as Townhall, employee engagement trips, guests tours, conference, exhibitions, special ceremonies, etc
**Stakeholders Management**
- Support supervisor and the team in planning and implementing company stakeholder engagement activities to support company operations and reputation in the following areas i.e. Government Affairs work, business development project, major operational project, and critical issue.
- Ensure that necessary information and document are properly in place i.e. annual stakeholder engagement plan (overall), stakeholder list, monitoring result etc.
**Administration and Documentation**
- Handle purchase requisition, production design, as well as other additional request regarding CSR and Communications tasks.
- Systematically documents filing, ensure easy/accessible relevant documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangement and other administrative works as assigned by supervisor.
** QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Knowledge & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10 years cross-functional, cross-disciplinary project management and business analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. A good knowledge of the country's regulations and politics and government protocols as well as well awareness of stakeholder management.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of relevant administrative clerical procedures and their importance to the overall functioning
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years experience in government relations or public affairs
**Skills**:
- Systematic thinking and good organisational skills
- Excellent writing, presentation and speaking skills for both in English and Thai
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and to build and maintain internal and external partnerships.
- Planning and Organizing skills.
- Fluency in Thai and English
