**Summary of the Job**:

- To develop & manage an integrated logistics business consisting offshore agency, crew changes, logistics & technical services targeted towards customers in the oil, gas, dredging, cable, infrastructure & renewables sectors.
- Instill a strong culture of excellence in customer service across the teams.

**Business Strategy**
- In conjunction with senior management, develop and implement the IL business plan. This should include business development, operational & financial plans.
- Implement clear communication & reporting protocols that provide transparency on the current business activities, upcoming activities, and allows visibility between all stakeholders.
- Achieve targets for sales growth, revenue, and profit.
- Provide recommendations for investments which should be based on sound financial projections.
- Analyze data on past and present work to make estimates about the best options for future growth.

**People**
- Design & implement an optimal organization structure.
- Work with the existing staff & in conjunction with management to select new people who can join the team.
- Develop a customer-service culture throughout the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels & proactively share information.

**Business Development**
- Work closely with the Group Commercial Team & European reps to generate proposals and bidding for Group Key Accounts & foreign customers.
- Network and build positive rapport with customers & vendors.
- Watch & react to market/customer trends.

**Operations**
- Lead the marine operations team by assigning work, vessels and any ad-hoc jobs as necessary.
- Ensure vessels are accounted for and that reporting to customers is done in a timely and orderly manor matching or surpassing their agreed expectations.
- Oversee cargo operations in conjunction with appropriate managers.
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently and delivery is made on time.
- Standardize documentation & internal procedures.
- Oversee a compliant vendor list.
- Initiate cost savings through operating efficiency enhancements & procurement negotiations.
- Maintain compliance to ISO accreditation.

**Qualifications**
- Must have 10 years’ experience working in offshore / project logistics industry.
- Must be culturally astute & be able to work across multiple cultures.
- Must have experience in business development in oil & gas sector, this could be:drilling companies or offshore EPCs.
- Experience in international freight forwarding & transportation or port agency for offshore vessels.
- Have strong contacts with oil and gas clients.
- Must have led a team of 20 or more.
- Strong experience in building a team.
- Good network in Thailand with authorities likes ports, immigration & the Customs department.
- Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and MS Project.
