Team Introduction
As Head of Operations for TikTok in Thailand, you will build a world class team and define TikTok's strategy for the market. With a primary focus on growing our user base and content ecosystem, you will manage and execute the Tiktok strategy to identify and foster our users, creators, and partners in the market to ensure the sustainable growth of our content business.

You will lead and develop teams who manage our communities, creators, music artists, content partnerships and our in-app content programming initiatives. You will have a track record of working cross functionally to drive strategic growth initiatives, product adoption and represent our efforts externally.

This role requires the flexibility to act as the internal and external face of TikTok in Thailand while driving the business with Thai and international teams. To establish the TikTok brand and platform in-market, you will help define TikTok's Thailand strategy and partner closely with the sales, product, comms, marketing, user growth, trust & safety, legal, and policy teams in order to support, innovate and effectively grow our user base.

You will be experienced in engaging with key external stakeholders, presenting to large forums and internal teams, and representing TikTok and our values internally as well as externally. Moreover, you will work to integrate, develop and foster cross-functional teamwork among the Thailand and regional teams and the alignment with the global teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the growth of a sustainable content ecosystem in Thailand.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team that embodies TikTok's values, fostering a culture of empowerment and collaboration.
- Implement a 'best-in-class' partnership management style, overseeing creators and publishers to help them grow on TikTok and make a positive social and economic impact.
- Formulate and execute a market strategy aligned with TikTok’s global and regional strategies to support and drive business growth in Thailand through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Enhance and build TikTok's brand trustworthiness by achieving operational breakthroughs, maintaining content diversity, optimizing events, and outperforming competitors in the Thailand market.
- Serve as a key spokesperson for TikTok in Thailand, engaging with partners, media, policymakers, and other stakeholders to effectively communicate TikTok’s mission and impact.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications
- Relevant industry experience in a major media or tech business, ideally with a focus on content operations or development, marketing, content partnerships, and/or multi-channel content programming
- Intimate understanding of the Thai content and media business landscape; familiar with both traditional and advanced digital marketing channels.
- Strong insight into digital content strategies and product operations
- Experience working with online communities in building and facilitating content creation
- Experience working with policymakers and media outlets

- Proven performance indirectly leveraging cross-functional teams
- Experience building, managing, leading, and inspiring creative, collaborative, and high performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to grow site and/or platform visitors, exceeding traffic and viewership goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, startup environment
- Cutting‑edge understanding of current social media platforms and trends and the ability to create content that performs against KPIs
- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
