**Your day to day**
1.Ensure and provide a professional upscale guest service experience through local experiences as local curator. 2.Create, design guest journey program align with Lanna heritage knowledges. 3.Collect and record information about artifacts and pieces, and work with colleagues and other to create attractive displays. 4.Create a positive first impression for guests. 5.Motivate and develop team members, provide training on art and local knowledge, local direction. 6.Create, lead, and maintain local experiences program to increase guest loyalty and retention. 7.Evaluate and respond to all guest feedback. 8.Takes personal responsibility for correcting service problems and creating memorable guest experiences. Respond to needs of guests and anticipate their unstated ones. 9.Maintain regular and seamless communication with guests by being approachable, detailed oriented, results driven and gracious. 10.Coordinate and manage communication between all departments impacting the guest’s experience. 11.Maintain highest Brand Standards. 12.Closely work with local museum, art gallery, craft shop, university, government agencies and other institutions. 13.Inspect premises to assess the need for repairs and to ensure that climate and pest-control issues are addressed. 14.Conduct or organize tours, workshops, and instructional sessions to acquaint individuals with an institution's facilities and materials. 15.Provides information and assistance to the Director of Communications and Marketing to develop communications and marketing materials and strategies regarding exhibitions and programs
**What we need from you**:

- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Art - Work in museum/ gallery operation. - Expertise in administrative digital skill in relevant field. - Exceptional research and verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently or with other colleagues to achieve objectives.
