**Your day to day**:

- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items according to hotel recipes and standards - Provide high quality Chinese cuisine meets hotel standard. - Cuisine: Sichuan (50%)/ Cantonese (25%) Taiwanese (25%)
**What we need from you**:

- Cuisine: Sichuan (50%)/ Cantonese (25%) Taiwanese (25%) - Basic communication in English - Work as Chinese Chef 3-5 years in reputable hotel/ restaurant
