Assistant Procurement Manager

Our client is a leader in the F&B industry, an international company with a multinational environment. The position is overseeing the whole procurement process of materials, supplies and services that meet the organization's expectation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop procurement strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Determine most cost-effective ways to acquire goods and services.
- Identify potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and builds strong relationships with vendors.
- Identify the needs of the goods and services from requestors from all departments (Marketing, Supply Chain and others).
- Create purchase orders, monitors delivery schedules and ensures that invoices are accurate and paid on time.
- Focusing on packaging materials for Finished goods, commercial and Marketing POSM/Premium, IT and office supplies.

**Experience requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Experience with strategic procurement to maintain cost-efficiency.
- Strong command of English language.
- Familiarity with ERP system.
