Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

**Job Description**:
Sourcing & managing supplier portfolio
- Conducting RFQ/RFP as requested by the Business Unit and negotiating favorable terms, with suppliers of procured goods and services.
- Develop and implement Procurement Strategy related to General Procurement (Non-Marketing expenses) for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, service deliverable improvement, and process efficiency.
- Analyzing industry and market intelligence to design an e-Catalogue and preferred vendor.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Monitoring to ensure all procurement transactions follow all controls and guidelines.
- Performs supplier risk assessment and due diligence.
- Execute 3 ways meeting for supplier relationship management to feedback on the performance improvement plan.
- Contract commercial review and negotiation.

Stakeholder Management
- Work as part of category lead to developing Procurement initiatives.
- Able to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders and senior stakeholders.

Project Initiative and Management
- Identify and initiate procurement activity for General Procurement (non-marketing expenses) & assigned categories by leveraging spend analysis, market intelligence, and early engagement with stakeholders in TSE, foresee how to get cost optimization and process improvement.
- Lead and deliver projects with the best outcome for the business by collaborating with external vendors, stakeholders, and procurement teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Procurement related to General Procurement, HR, Facility Management, IT, and Customer Services is preferred.
- Excellence in skill with MS office.
- Good command in English.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability

- Results-oriented, initiative, strong in analytical skills
- Advance in commercial, negotiation, and contracting skills

Skills and Qualifications
- Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
- Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
