**Responsibilities**

**HR**
- Support Manager in general human resources : HR operations - Compensation & Benefits / Employee Relation Diversity / Recruitment & Selection / Talent Management & Organization Development / Training & Development / Payroll administration.
- Evaluating and managing the performance of each employee and plays a crucial role in their promotion.
- Create, Develop and Implement company rules and regulations compliance with the provision of local Labor Law.

**Admin**
- Accounting responsibilities : Pretty cash control, Income & Expense control relating to payment and invoices.
- Controlling the company's gardens, Maids, Security Guards, Office supplies, Purchasing functions.
- Handling all administrative tasks relating to the office and to the building, electrical, air conditioning and telephone systems.
- Coordinate with related internal and external department such as shipping company, freight forwarder or vessel agent for achievement of importation and exportation.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Political Science, Law or related fields
- At least 10 years’ experience in HRM/HRD from a manufacturing environment with 5 years’ experience in Section lead level or Management level.
- Knowledge of Thai Labor Law and industrial regulations.
- Experienced in Logistic part : Import and Export will be advantage.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Good Communication with various levels.

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
