**Job Detail**:

- Costing Accounting (Assistant Manager or Manager) (48K-83K) (SDG-102801)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบัญชีต้นทุน (ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการหรือผู้จัดการ)-
- Review of finance and accounting data
- Lead daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management reports
- Set goals, objectives and priorities; coach and develop staff; planning, monitoring, and appraising performance regularly, across the manufacturing sites.
- Provide advice on costing matters to the management team and other departments if needed
- Controlling and managing finance and accounting to ensure their accuracy and completeness as well as complying with accounting principles and company’s policy.
- Coordination and controlling all requirements related finance / Costing and accounting matter.
- Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with accounting standards, BOI and Taxes Regulation
- Monitoring company P&L, securing financing and preparing strategic business plans to ensure the smooth continuity of operations and business growth.
- Ensuring effective and efficient internal control processes are in place.- สอบทานข้อมูลทางการเงินและการบัญชี

- กำหนดเป้าหมาย วัตถุประสงค์ และลำดับความสำคัญ; ฝึกสอนและพัฒนาพนักงาน การวางแผน ติดตาม และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอทั่วทั้งไซต์การผลิต
- ให้คำแนะนำในเรื่องการคิดต้นทุนแก่ทีมผู้บริหารและแผนกอื่นๆ หากจำเป็น
- ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการการเงินและการบัญชีให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนตลอดจนปฏิบัติตามหลักการบัญชีและนโยบายของบริษัท
- ประสานงานและควบคุมข้อกำหนดทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเงิน / การต้นทุนและการบัญชี
- ติดตามและรับรองการระบุตัวตนและการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการบัญชี BOI และภาษีอากรอย่างทันท่วงที
- ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัท การจัดหาเงินทุน และการเตรียมแผนธุรกิจเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการดำเนินงานและการเติบโตของธุรกิจจะดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ดูแลให้มีกระบวนการควบคุมภายในที่มีประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิผล
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 38 - 50 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting
- Have experience at least 10 years in Finance / Accounting / Taxation including 5 years in costing.
- Cost accounting in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and financial software such as ORACLE, QAD (MFG PRO.) or any programme
- Conversation middle-high of English in writing, reading, and speaking (Mostly use with Japanese Management)- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently, mature, self-motivated, and hard-working.
