Business Development Associate/manager

Be a part of a new tech business initiative team in Asiasoft, a leader in online entertainment business in Southeast Asia. This exciting new role involves building up new business opportunities from scratch, or expanding existing business to ride on newly emerging technology trends. Unlike typical gaming businesses, this initiative incorporates the investment and development of new TECH initiatives like Blockchain, Crypto Token, Defi & new digital platforms, etc.

**Jobs Descriptions**:

- Exploring business opportunities e.g. new businesses, new services, new products, new technologies and platforms etc.
- Research and analyze market landscapes and industry trends as well as related laws and regulations in order to identify and seize new business opportunities
- Initiate and construct strategic business plans including financial feasibility study, developing presentation, pitch decks and other related documentation
- Have end-to-end responsibility of key business development initiatives from ideation to execution
- Work with internal teams to facilitate successful project implementation as well as connect withpotential partners/customers

**Qualifications**:
- Excellent understanding of the benefits of block chain asset tokenization, crypto currency/token’s ecosystem and related laws and regulations, with strong capability to provide intelligence to management for business decisions
- 5+ years’ experience with strong business and some IT background; related education & experience in tech startups is an advantage
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skill, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, presentation and liaison skills in both external and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; additional language skills are also valued
- Passion in new technologies including crypto/blockchain landscape with intellectual curiosity andknowledge around the emerging technology trends
- Strategic thinking - able to think in terms of the long-term and the bigger picture, and see thevalue in potential solutions and partnerships
- Good in teamwork and collaborative with positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure, self-motivated and goal oriented

**Good To Have**:

- Experience in product development and management
- Experience working in the cryptocurrency/blockchain Industry or involvement in the blockchaincommunity
- Experience and understanding of software product integrations
- Financial market and product knowledge
