Assistant to General Manager

Assistant to General Manager (GM) performs secretarial work and provide GM with day-to-day administrative support. The duties include managing correspondence, and other errands as assigned. **Here is scope of responsibility**:
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Liaising with internal departments, as well as external contacts.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative or related field
- 3 years of experience as a personal assistant to senior management
- Extensive experience in using MS Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
