**LOCATION**
This position is located at our Aman Nai Lert in Bangkok, Thailand.
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
As a vital link to the General Manager's office, the Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless functioning of administrative operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is instrumental in facilitating communication, managing schedules, and overseeing various administrative processes. The Administrative Assistant serves as a reliable point of contact, supporting the General Manager in day-to-day tasks and enabling effective coordination across departments.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Skillfully manage the General Manager's calendar, arranging appointments, meetings, and events while optimizing time allocation.
- Create, revise, and refine documents, correspondences, and presentations for review and distribution by the General Manager.
- Facilitate internal and external communication on behalf of the General Manager, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis at the General Manager's request, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Organize the logistics of meetings, conferences, and special events hosted by the General Manager, ensuring seamless execution.
- Safeguard confidential files and records, exercising discretion and maintaining the utmost professionalism.
- Assist in organizing travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation, to support the General Manager's mobility.
- Undertake diverse administrative duties and projects as assigned, contributing proactively to office efficiency.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, particularly in corporate or hospitality settings, is preferred.
- Proficient organizational and time management aptitude for handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Competence in utilizing office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other pertinent tools.
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing written and verbal abilities, to liaise adeptly with various stakeholders.
- Integrity and tactfulness in managing confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Detail-oriented approach with dedication to precision in document preparation and data management.
- Proactive disposition, coupled with the capability to anticipate requirements within the General Manager's purview.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
