**Job Title**: Resort Manager (Samui-based role)

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery across all departments, with a particular focus on Food and Beverage (F&B) operations.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and addressing guest feedback promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
Lead and inspire the resort team of 200+ employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Set clear goals and provide regular feedback and support.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance the resort's market presence and drive revenue growth.
Maintain and enhance the quality of wellness programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with guest expectations.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, wellness influencers, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Oversee the resort's digital presence, including website management, social media, and online reviews. Leverage analytics to optimize performance.
Manage public relations efforts to enhance the resort's image and reputation. Coordinate with media outlets, handle press releases, and organize events to promote the resort.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in hospitality management roles within the luxury hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Strong background in Food and Beverage (F&B) operations.
Proven track record of managing resort operations and achieving high levels of guest satisfaction.
Experience in leading and managing a team of 200+ employees.
Strong knowledge of wellness programs and holistic health practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic operational plans.
Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and drive new ideas.
