**Job Description** Position Title**: Cluster Reservation Manager
**Reports to**: Area Director of Revenue
**Location**: Cluster with properties in Samui & Phangan base at Bangkok office
**Properties**:

- Anantara Rasananda Koh Phangan Villas
- Avani Chaweng and Beach Club Hotel

- Avani+ Samui Resort
Key Responsibilities:
- ** Forecasting & Strategy**:
- Prepare accurate weekly 3-months forecast for hotel rooms revenue by Market Segment.
- Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month forecast for hotel rooms revenue by Market Segment on a monthly basis.
- Set and communicate the hotel pricing strategy by market segment, leveraging market intelligence, historical data, buying patterns, and seasonality to optimize revenue.
- ** Revenue Management**:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all distribution channels to ensure the achievement of fair market share.
- Actively participate in the production of the annual budget, assisting in the creation, update, and evaluation of the hotel sales and marketing plan.
- Conduct market analysis to inform pricing decisions and adjust strategies as necessary based on market trends and competitor actions.
- ** Technology Utilization**:
- Ensure that available technology (PMS & RMS) is fully utilized and understood by relevant teams according to the property-specific business mix and requirements.
- Identify and address any gaps in technology utilization to enhance revenue management efficiency.
- ** Team Leadership**:
- Prepare and chair a weekly Revenue Meeting to discuss strategies, performance, and forecast updates.
- Collate and distribute meeting minutes, highlighting forecast and strategy changes, and setting a weekly action plan for the team.
- Set monthly upselling revenue targets for the front office and reservations departments to maximize additional revenue opportunities.
- ** Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Foster a collaborative and communicative environment within the cluster, ensuring all properties are aligned in their revenue management strategies.
- ** Reporting & Analysis**:
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Area Director of Revenue on the performance of each property within the cluster.
- Analyze and report on the impact of pricing strategies and promotional activities, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- ** Training & Development**:
- Develop training programs for the reservations team to ensure optimal use of systems and a clear understanding of revenue management principles.
- Keep the team updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in revenue management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reservations and revenue management in a multi-property or cluster environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage team members across multiple properties.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of forecasted revenue targets for each property.
- Optimization of pricing strategies to maintain or improve market share.
- Effective utilization of technology to streamline reservation processes.
- Achievement of upselling revenue targets for front office and reservations teams.
This role is pivotal in driving the cluster’s revenue performance, ensuring that each property within the cluster maximizes its revenue potential through effective pricing strategies, technology utilization, and team collaboration.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in hotel management or finance.
- 2 years revenue and yield experience in the hospitality industry
- Familiar with the hotel operations, available technology (PMS & RMS) and all distribution channels.
- Understand the dynamics of regional & local markets, as well as local competitors and events.
