Reservation Officer

As a Reservation Officer at Napasai, A Belmond Hotel Koh Samui, Thailand, you are part of a team that enhances guest experiences through personalized handling of reservation requests. **Primary Responsibilities Include**
- Answering all reservation phone calls, taking reservations, and dealing with reservation correspondence under the standard LQA.
- Remind to who will handle for the group booking inquiry and immediately pass all information to who is concerned and able to follow up.
- Checking to see that all equipment is working properly and that the needed number of supplies is on hand.
- Conducting telemarketing under the direction of the director of sales and marketing.
- Give friendly and courteous service to future guests while involved in telephone under the standard LQA.
- To ensure that stationary and technical equipment are use and kept in good condition. And know how to make the order or purchase when it needed.
**Requirements**:
**What You Bring**:
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Proficient in communicating effectively with both internal and external contacts.
- Demonstrates good interaction and manners during conversations.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Special consideration for degrees in hotel hospitality, hotel business, or the tourism industry.
- Clear and confident speaker.
- Active listener.
- Highly driven to achieve sales results.
- Proactively takes the initiative to learn new things.
