**Sales Representative**:
Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School is a joint venture company with its presence in Thailand since 2007. With over 125 years of teaching experience, Le Cordon Bleu successfully achieves its mission of transmission and influence of French gastronomy through its network of 35 campuses, located in 20 countries. We are looking for people to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative and energetic team of professionals with Passion - Innovation - Excellence at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School.
**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES (Key duties and responsibilities)**
- Supporting and escorting customers: Assist potential students by arranging and accompanying them on school visits, class observations, and tours. Provide comprehensive information about the programs, facilities, and the overall learning experience to help them make informed decisions.
- Leads conversion: Actively engage with potential students and convert leads into enrollments. Aim to achieve a target of accepting more than 200 students per quarter, resulting in a revenue generation of 200 million baht per year.
- Undertaking sales analysis and reports: Conduct sales analysis to evaluate performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports on sales performance, SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaign results, and survey findings to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
**Other duties**:
- Perform related duties as assigned and/or reasonable request from the management team.
- Maintain professional appearance, behavior and conduct when in contact with prospects, guests, students and associates and at events and functions.
- Coordinate with the team and other departments within the school on various projects
- Other assignments as assigned by supervisor.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Relevant certifications or professional training in sales or customer service can be advantageous.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the education or hospitality industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and converting leads into customers.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to enhance sales performance.
- Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems or other sales management software to track leads, manage customer information, and facilitate the sales process.
- Multilingual capabilities in English and Thai, to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with potential students, build rapport, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and overcome objections effectively.
**Required Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential students to choose Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Thailand for their culinary education.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to proactively seek new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
