**Location**: Chatuchak, Bangkok
**Type of Hiring**: Contract
**About the Role**:
In this contract-focused position, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects by managing prime contracts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and recommending prime contracts based on commercial and contractual considerations.
- Coordinating the delivery of contract deliverables and ensuring compliance
- Handling all contractual correspondence and other prime contract administration tasks
- Preparing agendas and presentations for contract/commercial meetings, and taking meticulous meeting minutes
- Managing variations and change orders, including proposing changes, clarifications, and developing project-specific procedures.
- Actively participating in regular project management meetings and collaborating with the Project Management Team (PMT)
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Legal)
- Experience working overseas (preferred)
- Extensive experience in a related field, such as project management, proposal development, or legal
- Solid understanding of EPIC contracts (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Construction)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines effectively, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Appreciation for working in a multicultural environment and an ability to adapt to different cultural perspectives.
