**Get To Know Our Team**
Agoda is looking for a sales-marketing professional with commercial acumen to support our **Agoda Media Solutions** team on a global scale. Agoda Media Solutions (AMS) helps to bridge the marketing needs of partners to target active travelers on and off Agoda channels. You will work closely with the local BD teams around the world and support them in their pipeline development, pitches, commercial projects and optimization for the business. It is also essential for you to understand data and are able to identify gaps and opportunities to help the teams around the world optimize their performance
**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:
- Work jointly with sales leaders to strategize, build their pipeline, and achieve goals.
- Make cold calls or reach out to prospects to generate qualified leads.
- Educate, nurture and develop prospects leading to hand-offs to sales team members through our automated lead gen channels.
- Identify key players, buyers and then research and obtain business requirements, pain points and present complex technical solutions clearly over the pitch at all business levels
- Collaborate with the other department/team members to create new lead automated lead generation channels to ensure support of the team's strategic direction.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills of Thai and English in both verbal and writing.
- 1-3+ years of professional work experience in SDR, sales or related fields.
- Successful track record pre-sale activities promoting B2B Marketing solutions.
- Independent, fast-learning, self-motivation, positive, and never give up attitude.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to and connect with all levels at an organization
- Quick learner, able to take initiative, excellent at problem solving
- Insatiable sense of curiosity, always questioning and digging deeper for answers
- Able to think strategically and tactically
**Its great if you have**:
- Experience with HubSpot CRM (Reporting, Automation or else)
- Experience developing Business Development initiatives across multiple markets
