**Your role at Exness**:
You will join our Social Media team and focus on attracting and interacting with targeted virtual communities and network users to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy. You will also need to encourage website traffic and revenue by strategically deploying every aspect of the social media marketing roadmap and optimize content so that it is engaging on social media channels. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and translating content in your native language, joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and "soft selling" the product by providing support to current and prospective clients. You can begin working remotely from your home city or any other location and relocate to Southeast Asia or Cyprus after the first 2 or 3 months.

**You will**:

- Build and execute a social media strategy through research, platform determination, and benchmarking to increase brand awareness and drive engagement within our community.
- Research the latest trends of our market and our competitors on all relevant social media channels.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content and campaigns that build meaningful connections and encourage targeted community members to take action.
- Constantly keep our social media pages updated to increase the visibility of our social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content and communication.
- Define ambitious and challenging goals, track relevant KPIs, and report on our achievements on social media.
- Team up with other departments to manage the company's reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach and engagement.
- Communicate with our content creators, influencers, and partners and motivate our community to share content with us.

**What we expect from you**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency side, ideally within the same area
- Thorough understanding of how social media works from ideation to execution
- Well versed in working with external parties: agencies, influencers, content creators, an forum and community websites or social media accounts
- Track record of working with a different team outside from a social media team, such as country, commercial, design, finance, marketing, production, legal, and compliance teams
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of social media metrics and a methodical way to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns, as well as the know-how to use social media analytics and listening tools
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Thai, including copywriting skills in English and Thai as well as experience with content creation
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset with solid multitasking and organizational abilities

**Nice to have**:

- Experience working with fintech, crypto, or a brokerage company
