As Executive, Social Media Marketing you will be in charged with developing the local engagement strategy to continue the development of the Sephora Beauty Community and to spearhead our continued focus on broadening our customer base across the country. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the omnichannel team driving Sephora's evolution in Thailand.

**Social Media Marketing**
- You will develop a unique voice & tone for Sephora Thailand across

channels as we engage with our community**, **manage LIVE session for key launches /

campaigns** **and
- You will work with Sephora’s partner brand representatives to develop & run social

engagement activities (i.e. contests, giveaways, etc.) and coordinating prize deliveries for winners.
- Boosting post-per-engagement post ads

**Creative & Content**
- Content Writer, Creative Content Creator, Content Creation - Produce beauty trends / products led contents and working with Graphic design team for briefing and giving idea for social media assets
- Create & Manage Monthly Content & Commercial Campaign Calendar - you will be responsible for planning and publishing engaging and interesting content on all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and any upcoming social media platforms.
- You will work with retail teams and other departments within the local and regional level of the organization (Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Logistics, Graphic Design, Copy teams, Retail Store teams) to create relevant content to help communicate and drive omni traffic.

- You’re fluent in Thai and English, with strong copy vetting and writing skills
- You’ve 2+ years experiences at related field
- You’ve knowledge of the various social media platforms, social content marketing, and understanding of PR and influencer marketing functionAbility think strategically and detail-oriented
- You’re reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-moving environment
- You’re tech savvy with outstanding problem solving & project management skills. Analytical
