Responsible for developing, maintaining, and sustaining operation support of HR for the relevant HRIS modules (Personal, Compensation and benefit, Payroll, Time Attendance, Organization, Security, Authority of Approval)
- Generate and summary all HR report.
- Maintain and update business data requirements and transform to system document, dataflow.
- Identify, analyze and document business requirements across business functions with other user and software developer.
- Communicate with business partners, relevant departments or any others as assigned by direct superiors using data and process models to clarify and validate requirements.
- Educate users on training regarding daily issues.
- Manage performance management and other HR key initiatives.
- Define the policy, strategy, and action plan of Human Resources Management Consistent with the policies and business plan of the company.
- Provide expert professional advice to senior management in all areas of people strategy.
- Promoting a positive workplace environment through employee communication and engagement.
- Implementing measures to increase employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction, while reducing turnover.
- Responsible for designing and developing the organizational and position structure to support the organization’s mission and enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and management of compensation initiatives to ensure that compensation practices are linked to the overall strategy to attract, reward, and retain top talent.
- Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and onboarding.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor or master’s degree Administration in General Management, Political Science, or related others field
- At least 5 years’ experience in HRM, HRD and HRIS at least 5 years at management level.
- Business-minded, strategic HR Business Partner and good knowledge of new HR tools and processes.
- Compensation & Benefits expert.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-soling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Thai and English
